Spearheaded by Dr. Mohammed Redha Abu Hussain – a Registered Arbitrator with London Court of International Arbitration, the GCC Commercial Arbitration Center in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Conciliation & Arbitration Centre in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Dr. Mohammed has been practicing law since 1985. He completed his education in its entirety in UK, culminating his Doctorate in Comparative Law and Conflicts of Laws from the Glasgow Caledonian University in 1995 with a thesis exploring the treatment of Gulf State Laws in the UK courts with specific reference to the rules of conflict of laws and Arbitration.
