Dr. Mohammed has been practicing law since 1985. He completed his education in its entirety in UK, culminating his Doctorate in Comparative Law and Conflicts of Laws from the Glasgow Caledonian University in 1995 with a thesis exploring the treatment of Gulf State Laws in the UK courts with specific reference to the rules of conflict of laws.
